In 4 years, Toulibeo has supported the rise of electric mobility in Toulouse: 270 charging stations installed, 68 locations across the metropolitan area, and up to 9,000 charges per month.

Driven by Bouygues Energies & Services and its Alizé charging solution, an Equans France entity, in partnership with Banque des Territoires under a 15-year contract with Toulouse City and Metropolis, Toulibeo has established itself as the first private operator of public on-street charging in Toulouse.

A collective success made possible thanks to a reliable network (over 98% availability guaranteed by real-time supervision and predictive maintenance) and an offer adapted to all uses—from destination charging in the city center to ultra-fast charging for longer journeys.

With more than 1,600 MWh delivered in 2024 (+25% vs 2023) and an average annual growth rate above 20%, the goal is clear: make carbon-free mobility accessible to everyone.

Toulibeo is also a local model now inspiring other regions through Elinvest, the investment structure created in 2024 by Banque des Territoires, Equans, and TIIC to accelerate the deployment of EV charging stations across France.
