AQUÍ, the new charging station network in the Pyrénées-Orientales!

“AQUÍ,” which means “here” in Catalan, is the name of the new Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (EVSE) network in the Pyrénées-Orientales. This network will be deployed starting at the end of 2025 by Bouygues Energies & Services teams, an Equans France entity, for SYDEEL66 (Departmental Energy and Electricity Syndicate of the Catalan region).

Objective? Strengthen the territorial coverage of charging stations throughout the Pyrénées-Orientales department—in urban, tourist, and rural areas—to meet the growing needs of users for sustainable mobility.

Our support includes:

– Installation of more than 300 charging points, including around one hundred ultra-fast chargers in less than 2 years across 28 municipalities of the Perpignan Metropolis and the Pyrénées-Orientales Departmental Council
– Maintenance and operation of the entire network to ensure optimal availability
– Supervision and user services via our #Alizé solution (payment systems, mobile app, website, 24/7 hotline…)

This 15-year contract is financed by Elinvest—a solution supported by Banque des Territoires, TIIC, and Equans to accelerate the deployment of EVSE for the general public.
